Breakdowns Lead to Breakthroughs

Breakdowns Lead to Breakthroughs

Imagine living your life with the mentality of “breakdowns lead to breakthroughs.”  What if you could let go of the fear of the breakdown with the mindset that a breakthrough is coming?  What if you didn’t have to avoid conversations or people because of the fear of a potential breakdown? Wait no more my friends, the time has come to embrace the breakdown!

Everyone can relate to a time that we avoided a conversation or situation because we didn’t want to cause a breakdown.  Everytime we engage in avoiding a breakdown, we are also avoiding a breakthrough. I am going to repeat that, everytime we engage in avoiding a breakdown – we are also avoiding a breakthrough.  When you become “comfortable” with the “uncomfortable” it can no longer remain uncomfortable!

How can you accomplish this?  You can accomplish this by letting go of “something is wrong” with breakdowns and being in action creating the breakdown and enjoying the breakthrough.  Try on being scared of the breakdown and causing it anyway. Try on knowing the breakdown is the pathway to a breakthrough. Try on:

“Dear Human:

You’ve got it all wrong.  You didn’t come here to master unconditional love.  That is where you came from and where you’ll return.  You came here to learn personal love. Universal love. Messy love. Sweaty love. Crazy love. Broken Love. Whole Love. Infused with divinity.  Lived through the grace of stumbling. Demonstrated through the beauty of…messing up. Often. You didn’t come here to be perfect. You already are.  You came here to be gorgeously human. Flawed and fabulous. And then to rise again into remembering. But unconditional love? Stop telling that story.  Love, in truth, doesn’t need ANY other adjectives. It doesn’t require modifiers. It doesn’t require the condition of perfection. It only asks that you show up.  And do your best. That you stay present and feel fully. That you shine and fly and laugh and cry and hurt and heal and fall and get back up and play and work and live and die as YOU.  It’s enough. It’s Plenty.”
