Stop YOUR Insanity
Let go of “I can’t.” Let go of “it’s hard.” Let go of any other “would,” “could,” “should,” in your world and be in actions that align with what you want in life! You do realize that you, and you alone, created the life you have right? Stop playing the blame game and take responsibility for what you have created. Yes, what YOU created. “But Coach Tony what you don’t know is …” Yadda, yadda, yadda I have heard all of that AND your choice lives in your reaction.
Maybe, like myself, you were sexually molested and although you didn’t choose the molestation, you do get to choose your attitude and actions around the molestation. I am not saying that the choice comes “quickly” or “easily,” it took me years to let go of the victim mindset AND intimacy is something I am still working on. The goal is to be in action around what YOU WANT. This, like anything worthwhile in life, isn’t as simple as flipping a switch; it takes something to do the work.
It took time for me to do the work from “victim” to where I consider myself now which is an honor and blessing to have all my experiences. My experiences brought me the ability to relate to the struggles of other fellow human beings that are stopped by similar circumstances. I would not know the depths of pain around sexual molestation if I hadn’t experienced it first hand. Just like any other adversity I’ve faced it gives me the gift and ability to relate and connect.
It is not about being perfect – because you already are! It IS about being in actions towards what you want to create in life. ANYTHING is possible. Everyone knows how to get to Carnegie Hall, it is the same in self-development: practice, practice, practice!
Thanks for reading AND what makes this a TRANSFORMATIONAL message is the ACTION it motivates you to take. If you have any questions or would like to set up a free consultation to see if coaching is for you – feel free to reach out! Let’s talk about what is possible in your life!
Possibility makes life a game worth playing!
I do what I do because of you,
Coach Tony
